Clients may opt for this model if they face a shortage of skills or if they are looking for a particular level of expertise. In this model, we provide resources for:

• Conducting joint IT/IS initiatives
• Supporting re-engineering and migration endeavours, as also innovation initiatives
• Executing sub-contracted projects

YLe Custom

Under this model, we offer turnkey solutions to our clients, wherein we handle projects from concept to delivery, covering areas such as building of architecture, application development, data and process migration, and project management and governance.

YLe Platform

Clients can opt for this model if they need to outsource their processes. Under this model, we provide application management and IT infrastructure services. We offer solutions right from the concept stage, through the setting up of the infrastructure and handling of operations. YL eServices can also provide IT infrastructural support for establishing outsourced facilities, in collaboration with other partners. The duration of this engagement would be flexible, and the terms would be mutually agreed upon.

YLe Support

Our Support service is applicable to the YLe Custom model. Under this engagement, we provide annual maintenance and support for the projects undertaken.
