You should have a successful track record of selling outsourced solutions in the BFSI space to the value of $1m + Good understanding of how call centre/BPO solutions work is essential. An experienced “hunter” who thrives on the challenge of identifying and creating new opportunities, you must have experience of selling at board level eg. MD, FD, Technical Director and Customer Services Director, etc. Must possess excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Be a Strong Relationship builder and a Strategic thinker. Must be a US citizen.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and closing new revenue opportunities
- Identifying the needs of the customers and matching the solutions in line with the client’s unique selling points
- Preparing and presenting presentations, proposal/RFP
- Planning internal resources to support in the collation of the information
- After sales account management
- Full accountability for strategic direction of revenue generation
- Build & Deliver the Revenue Plan for the Geography/ BFSI Vertical/ Segment
- Gathering Commercial Intelligence
- A consultative sales focus
