Sr. Executive - Employee Relations
Qualification
Graduate with a degree or diploma in HR or equivalent.
Profile
Min. 2-3 years experience in employee relations. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are must.
Responsibilities
Lead the employee relations function and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Develop employee relations policies. Handle orientation and paperwork for new hires. Perform internal audits and take appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues. Manage dispute resolution procedures. Maintain employee database records.

Sr. Manager – HR, Admin & WFM
