Qualification
Graduate with a degree or diploma in HR or equivalent.
Profile
Min. 2-3 yrs experience recruiting for entry level to mid level positions in a BPO. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are must. Must be willing to travel extensively all over India.
Responsibilities
Screen calls, scan resumes, schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment tests and reference checks, research the Internet to locate potential job candidates, place employment advertisements. Assist with planning new employee coordination meeting, compile communication materials and maintain candidate database records. Prepare reports and trends.
