Qualification
MBA or equivalent degree.
Profile
4-6 yrs experience preferred. Highly organised and skilled individual with a very solid secretarial experience with excellent commercial, communication and coordination skills, advanced MS office and outstanding internet research ability, fast and accurate typing speed.
Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties include - Manage the company’s lobby area. Field and route incoming calls, supplies information to callers and relays messages. incoming and outgoing mail management. Receive and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from departments. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong word processing and communication skills to make travel arrangements, reports and presentations.
