Qualification
Graduate with a degree or diploma in finance or equivalent.
Profile
Min. 3-4 yrs in facility management, malls or hotels. Excellent communication and administration skills. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manages various office support services, including transport, cafeteria, housekeeping and security services in addition to purchasing, inventory management, sourcing and selection of vendors, vendor management and facilities management. Total Facility report management. Directing housekeeping, maintenance staff, and coordination of regular building maintenance staff. This includes Includes supervision of office assistant staff, housekeeping, maintenance and security. Liaisoning with local government bodies including Customs Department, STPI, DOT and local authorities such as Police, KEB, BWSSB and Hospital Services on a regular basis. Responsible for maintaining compliance to rules and regulations spelled out by customs and STPI from time to time and ensuring that all paper work and records are made up to date on a monthly basis. Organise & Oversee the logistics of import activities and import procedures in consultation with Custom House Representatives. Solid communication and staff management skills are required, as well as some accounting knowledge. This position requires more extensive experience and management skills.
