Qualification
MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
Profile
8-10 years relevant experience. Typically you head the HR function in a small organisation or are Level 3 in a large organisation. The position requires interaction with international clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills are must.
Responsibilities
Process Migration, Manage HR & Admin activities and administer policies according to executive level direction. Develop programs and policies. Manage, monitor and control compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, facilities function, work force management function, safety, labor relations, and employment records. Develop internal applications/systems.
